Located within Mohammed bin Rashid City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Dubai Hills has also known as Dubai Hills Estate.

There are many ex-pats living there. Aside from the Dubai Hills Mall, the real estate development consists of villas, apartments, and business parks. In the past few years, a golf course has been built around villas and apartments.

The development of Dubai Hills was handled by Emaar Properties. In close proximity to the community are the Dubai Hills Hospital of King's College Hospital Dubai, GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail, and the Mall of the Emirates.

Dubai Hills Golf Club, the world's best new golf course of 2019, was named the World's Best New Golf Course at the World Golf Awards in Abu Dhabi.
